The Next Steps Programme is a service covering the whole of East Ayrshire. We work with young people aged 14-19, enabling them to access education, training and employment opportunities.
We provide young people with real life work experience in administration and youth work. Office experience can be gained working at any of our offices across East Ayrshire. Youth work experience can be gained by helping at our Young Carers support groups which run weekly through-out East Ayrshire.
Staff also provide participants with careers advice, training opportunities, employability training and access to SVQs.
